In the Dutch Urban Lab the Dutch Embassy in Berlin showcases in cooperation with Hybrid Space Lab and the City of Amsterdam the “Dutch Approach” on urban challenges.

The Dutch Approach is characterized by cross- sector and holistic thinking to come up with the most innovative and sustainable solutions to often urgent problems.
The complexity of urban systems requires early involvement of various stakeholders in order to identify challenges and formulate an appropriate approach.

The Dutch Urban Lab at the Metropolitan Solutions connects potential users from around the world with Dutch representatives from politics, city administration, science and with designers, urban planners and architects.
